Who is responsible
[Publisher name: to be completed before enrolment opens], publisher of the site, established in the European Union (France). Contact: bitcoin-trading@nanocorp.app
What stays on your device
Your progress, your answers to questions, your ticked boxes and your rules page are saved in your browser only. They are not sent to us and we cannot read them. They disappear if you clear the site’s data or change device.
What we receive
- When you buy: your email address, and the amount and date of the payment. Payment is processed by Stripe on behalf of the NanoCorp platform. We never receive your card number.
- When you sign in: the email address you sign in with, to check your access.
- If you cancel your purchase: the name, email address and message you enter in the form.
- Typefaces: the pages load their fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address and browser details when a page opens.
- If you write to us: the content of your message.
- Audience measurement: [tool used, data collected, whether cookies are set]
What it is used for
- Giving you access to the course and sending the confirmation email: performance of the contract.
- Handling a cancellation or a complaint: performance of the contract and legal obligations.
- Keeping accounts: legal obligation.
- Knowing which pages are visited, without identifying you: legitimate interest.
We send no advertising emails. You receive only messages linked to your purchase. We neither sell nor rent any data.
Who has access
The publisher, and the providers that run the site: the NanoCorp platform (PHOSPHO INC., United States), the payment provider Stripe and the host named in the legal notice. Some of these providers are established outside the European Union; transfers are meant to rely on the safeguards provided by the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
How long
- Email address linked to your access: as long as the access exists.
- Accounting records linked to the payment: ten years (French accounting rules).
- Email exchanges and cancellation requests: three years.
